Journey to Kathmandu follows the once-in-a-lifetime trek that goats make from their farmland lives in Tibet to their sacrificial deaths in Kathmandu, at the height of the all-important Nepalese Dashain Festival.
We are pleased to make this documentary available to watch free online. The film contains scenes of animal slaughter, including the decapitation of a goat, presented within the context of the story being documented. Some viewers may find these images distressing. Recommended for mature audiences (18+).
